Scrapple
sounds interesting. I really want to try it, but I’m a little scared. :-/
Please, for the love of everything holy, try it. Thin sliced, fried in a pan with a tiny bit of butter, dipped in maple syrup or on a sandwich. It’s seriously the best breakfast meat ever. At first, I had the same apprehensions about it. It looks like a gray brick of various pig scrapings. And it is. But it’s delicious.
Pork brains? I ‘ll pass
